
What a great article about Cassanto in the Yearbook Issue (Jan. 27 & Feb. 3, pg. 26). When I looked at his breeding I saw that he has Corde (Cor de la Bryere) five times in the fifth generation, which is the “engine room.” No wonder he is such a fabulous horse! I would love to see a bloodlines expert comment on the breeding of the champion horses you profile, as it would be helpful for the breeding industry in our country to have analysis like that.
