Ideally located in central New Jersey only 40 miles from Manhattan, yet in an exceptionally rural setting bordered by the Raritan river, this picturesque farm was designed with functionality in mind. The large property includes a 12 stall barn, 13 grass paddocks, 2 small sand paddocks, 100 x 200 outdoor ring with GGT enhancements, jumping field, riding trails, and an 80 x 180 state-of-the-art indoor riding ring with footing enhancements. Each stall is equipped with Comfort Stall flooring system. The barn features an automatic fly system and heated washing and grooming stalls.
